YBBBS welcomes new program director

Gina Holm

PRESCOTT – Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters (YBBBS) welcomes Program Director Gina Holm to the agency.

With a diverse background in social services, healthcare, administration, youth mentoring and customer service, Holm understands the importance and significance of mentorship. Originally from Chicago, Holm relocated to Arizona about four years ago.

“I’m committed to the one-to-one mentoring mission of Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters and am honored to be part of the team,” said Holm. “In my career, I’ve consistently gravitated toward opportunities that allow me to serve others with a client-centered and holistic approach considering the emotional, physical and social well-being of others.”

YBBBS Executive Director Kristen Kerns shared, “Gina’s relationship-building skills and leadership experience will greatly benefit the agency as we expand our youth mentoring mission and grow community partnerships. We’re excited to have her onboard.”

The program director oversees Quad Cities and Verde Valley program staff and monitors match relationships for contact support and safety, in alignment with the Big Brothers Big Sisters national program guidelines.
